|posted by: Davin White|
During Ag Day 2019 on January 30, WV Conservation Farm of the Year winner D. Frank Masters was recognized on the floor of both the House and Senate chambers.
Resolutions were read in both chambers, recognizing the hard work Frank put in on his farm prior to receiving the award during the October banquet in Flatwoods.
Masters also spoke to legislators during the fourth annual Farm-to-Table Legislative Breakfast at Building 7 of the Capitol Complex earlier in the day. He shared insights about his conservation ethic and the practices he's put in place on his farm near Organ Cave in Greenbrier County.
Frank was joined by his sons, Jared and Jordon, throughout the day.
