The regular monthly meeting of the GVCD Board of Supervisors will be held on December 15, 2016 at 9am in the conference room of the Lewisburg USDA Service Center.  (Please note that the time is a departure from the usual 7pm meeting time.)  As always, the public is welcome to attend.

The next regular monthly meeting of the GVCD Board of Supervisors will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2016, at 7pm in the conference room of the Lewisburg USDA Service Center.  The agenda will be posted three days prior to the meeting.  The public is welcome to attend.

The Greenbrier Valley Conservation District's Agricultural Enhancement Committee, Grassland Committee, Building/Equipment Committee, and 319 Committees meet at 9am on   Wednesday of the preceeding week of each regular board meeting in the conference room of the Lewisburg USDA Service Center.  The purpose of the meetings is to review status of programs and projects, new applications and contracts, verifications for payments, and discuss future events and/or programs.

The public is welcome to attend all meetings.

There will be a special meeting of the GVCD Board of Supervisors on 9/29/16 @ 9am in the conference room of the Lewisburg USDA Center.  The main purpose of the meeting is to approve payment of 319 invoices and approve allocations of Ag Enhancement funds for FY17.  A complete agenda will be posted two days prior to the meeting.

The next regular monthly meeting of the GVCD Board of Supervisors will take place on September 15, 2016 at 7pm in the conference room of the Lewisburg USDA Service Center.  Meetings are open to the public.

There will be special meeting of the GVCD Board of Supervisors on 8/17/16 at 9am at the GVCD office at 179 Northridge Drive, Lewisburg, WV.  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and approve plans and funding for the State Farm Tour.  

The next regular meeting of the GVCD Board of Supervisors will be held August 25, 2016 at 7pm in the conference room of the Lewisburg USDA Service Center.   This is a departure from the regularly scheduled third Thursday of the month, due to the State Fair being held during that time.

GVCD's regular committee meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month, beginning at 9am, in the conference room of the Lewisburg USDA conference room.  Meetings are open to the public.

The regular monthly meeting of the GVCD Board of Supervisors will be held March 17, 2016, at 7pm, in the conference room of the Lewisburg USDA Service Center.  Meetings are open to the public.

The February meeting of the Greenbrier Valley Conservation District Board of Supervisors will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2016, at 7pm.  The meeting will take place in the Lewisburg USDA Service Center Conference Room.

The GVCD Regular Board Meeting, scheduled for January 21, 2016 at 7pm, has been postponed due to inclement weather.  It has been rescheduled for Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 7pm.
