 The new SCD District Manager is Marty Rae Walker-Owen. Marty is the former Conservation Specialist serving the district for nearly five years in her role carrying out the AgEP program in both the field and the office settings. The WVCA is still pursuing a Conservation Specialist at this time so please be patient and cooperative while both job positions are being carried currently with limited staff.

AgEP Application Dates are June 1st- June 19th 2020!!!! How to apply?  We have options for you.

* Call the SCD and request an application packet be sent to you by email, mail or fax. Submit your completed application packet back to the SCD by email, mail , fax or by personal drop box located at the front of the SCD office.

* Email the SCD and request an application be sent to you at scd@wvca.us or mwalker@wvca.us  Return the application by email, mail , fax or drop box.

* Arrive at the SCD in person and apply at the front office with COVID-19 social distancing utilizing paper forms printed for you per each practice , complete at table under tent out front of building and put application in envelope provided and place into the drop box.  Call for questions at 304-253-0261 Office
