Agricultural Enhancement Program (AgEP)
This AgEP checklist will help ensure you have everything you need to process your Agriculture Enhancement Application. Please download it by CLICKING HERE.Required for all applications:
- • FSA Farm Map (Find your FSA Office HERE)
- • Completed Cooperator Agreement
- • W-9 Form
Required if Applicable:
- • Signed Lease (for rented land)
- • Soil Sample Results
- •NOTE: Although documents submitted in previous years cannot be reused, results
of samples taken within the past 3 years are acceptable if submitted with application - • Frost Seeding, Lime, and Small Scale Soil Amendment require a soil sample.

You can apply for a maximum of two practices during the sign up period.
