Agricultural Enhancement Program

PLEASE NOTE: Tygarts Valley Conservation District will begin accepting Agricultural Enhancement Program (AgEP) applications at 8:00 AM on May 4^th, 2026.
Applications cannot be posted, distributed, or submitted before this date. Forms will also be available on this page beginning May 4^th.

Get a Head Start: Required Documents The following items must be submitted with every application. (Documents from previous years cannot be reused.)
Applications will not be approved without all applicable materials.

Required for all applications:

• • FSA Farm Map (Find your FSA Office HERE)
• • Completed Cooperator Agreement
• • W-9 Form

Required if Applicable:

• • Signed Lease (for rented land)
• • Soil Sample Results
  •          •Note that although documents submitted in previous years cannot be reused, results
              of samples taken on or after 7/1/23 are acceptable if submitted with application
  •         • Frost Seeding, Lime, and Small Scale Soil Amendment require a soil sample.

Please note: All materials must be submitted together with the application during the May 4-29 signup period. TVCD cannot accept early submissions of applications or documents. Documents submitted in previous years cannot be reused.
