Potomac Valley (PVCD)

Sign ups for the Potomac Valley Conservation District Ag Enhancement practices begin on June 16, 2025 and continue until July 18, 2025.  Several options are available for the application process.  Producers may contact the District by phone #304-822-5174 or email: pvcd@wvca.us  to request an application or contact the WV Conservation Agency office in Moorefield #304-538-7581.  The applications will also be available here, on the District web page: www.wvca.us/district/pvcd.cfm. Applicants are limited to two practices for the fiscal year and MUST complete the practice by the deadline or be ineligible to apply for one year. Completed applications may be submitted by email, regular mail, or in the drop boxes installed outside of the Potomac Valley Conservation District office in Romney and the WV Conservation Agency field office in Moorefield.   

For completion purposes as of Fiscal Year 2023-24, cooperators must complete ALL practices that they are approved for, or they will be ineligible to apply for 1 year.

**A W-9 form is also required along with your application. There is a PDF here on the website that you can print out and send back or if you are coming into the office we have copies here.
