WORTHINGTON, W.Va. -- After receiving an initial request for assistance from the Marion County Parks and Recreation Commission, the WVCA worked with contractors to remove a woody debris blockage that threatened to erode the stream bank and undercut the rail trail in the Worthington area of Marion County. 

The blockage along the West Fork River was removed by early September.
